Village Children's Fund

VCF is the vision of our founder, Michael Wong. Inspired by Mike’s vision of giving back to the global community, three of Mike’s co-workers at Microsoft Corporation joined him in his quest to give children of poverty a chance.

The five officers and a few volunteers run VCF on their personal time and energy. We strive to have the highest level of professionalism in both our VCF activities and in our corporate careers.

Officers

Mike Wong - Founder and VP of Operations. Leads VCF World Wide Operations. Mike is a Senior Quality Manager at Apple.

Chee Fong - VP of Finance and Business Development. Primary negotiator for overseas VCF relationship building, transactions, planning and logistics. Chee is a Senior Electrical Engineer for the Microsoft Xbox Group.

Rodney Amen - VP of USA Marketing and Fundraising. Literature development and the driver of targeted fundraising efforts. Rodney is the world wide Manufacturing Test Manager for the Microsoft Xbox Group.

Eugene Hsu - VP of Cretive and China Operations. Provides in-region operational support, photography and VCF website support. Eugene is a Senior Manager at Intel based at the Asian headquarters in Shanghai, China, focusing on technology solutions for emerging countries. Jeffrey Teh - VP Asian Marketing and Fundraising. Jeffrey is a Manufacturing Test Engineering Manager for the Xbox group in Microsoft Corporation and based in Microsoft Asia Center for Hardware (MACH) at Shenzhen, China.
